Breathe easier with this powerful blend designed to assist with congestion and breathing issues. A soothing combination of Spearmint (Mentha spicata), Fir Needle (Abies sibirica), Rosalina (Melaleuca ericifolia), and Cypress (Cupressus sempervirens) is blended in fractionated coconut oil for a calming, clearing effect. The 30ml spray variant is formulated with unscented witch hazel for a gentle, refreshing mist.
 
Shelf Life:
1 year. For best results, store in a cool, dark place away from heat sources. The inhaler lasts at least 2 months with proper storage (cap tightly closed and kept in a cool, dark place), although the scent may fade slightly over time.
 
How to Use:
For Babies (6 months & under): Essential oils are not recommended. Try our Clear Breathing Spray, available in the shop, instead.
For Children (6 months to 2 years): Use the spray version. Lightly apply to areas like pajamas, pillows, or bedding—avoid saturating the fabric.
For Ages 2 and Up: The roller is ideal. Apply to the chest, under the nose, or behind the ears. Adults and older children can roll it onto their palms, cup over their nose (avoiding eyes), and inhale deeply 5-6 times. For younger children, apply to wrists and encourage them to inhale deeply and slowly 5-6 times.
Inhaler Use: Suitable for children around 5-6 years old who can follow instructions. Hold the inhaler near (but not inside) the nose, close the other nostril, and inhale deeply and slowly for a count of 5. Switch nostrils and repeat. Close the cap tightly and store in a cool, dark place. Proper storage can extend the inhaler’s effectiveness up to 3 months.
