2021 Updated Shop Policies - as of 1/1/2021

These are policies that you agree to as you check out and pay for your order. I cannot accept refunds. Once your order is placed its being made normally immediately (although I may ship out a few days later). Please speak to me personally or browse through the reviews if you are unsure about a particular blend for yourself or friends/family.

COVID has dramatically changed, for now, the volume of orders being shipped. If you would like insurance on your package - please pay for priority shipping. I ship all other items via USPS FIRST CLASS mail (3 days). I cannot be responsible for lost/damaged or stolen items ALTHOUGH if something is wrong with your order I will work with you 1-1 to meet a resolution. Once your order is closed you are given a tracking number via email that you can track on the USPS website. As of 1/1/21 I had to raise shipping due to the nature of pricing increases within USPS. There is one flat rate of $5 on all packages. You can upgrade to priority if you would like.

Store your product responsibly. Store in a cool/dry place and away from heat sources. This goes for essential oil blends and herbal infusions. Place the caps on your inhalers tightly and hydrosols in the fridge. KEEP out of the hands of children. I'm not liable for misuse. If you have bracelets/necklaces from last year please remember they are handmade items and should be treated as such. The new aromatherapy diffuser swaddle baby line that is launching in January 2021 is also handmade. They are made tough but can get boo-boos too!
