Breathe Easy is a fresh, crisp aromatherapy blend featuring Spearmint (Mentha spicata), Fir Needle (Abies sibirica), Rosalina (Melaleuca ericifolia), and Cypress (Cupressus sempervirens) essential oils. Together, these essential oils create a cool, refreshing, forest-inspired aroma that's perfect when you're looking for a fresh aromatic experience and open air. Choose from a roller, aromatic spray, or personal inhaler depending on your preferred way to enjoy the blend.
 
INGREDIENTS
Essential Oils: Spearmint, Fir Needle, Rosalina + Cypress
Roller: Essential oil blend diluted in fractionated coconut oil.
Spray: Essential oil blend prepared in unscented witch hazel.
Inhaler: Essential oil aromatic blend.
 
SHELF LIFE + STORAGE
Roller/Spray: Approximately 1 year when properly stored.
Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat.
The aroma of a personal inhaler will naturally become lighter with use and over time. When the cap is kept tightly closed between uses and the inhaler is stored properly, the aroma may remain noticeable for approximately 2–3 months.
 
HOW TO USE
Babies Under 6 Months: Essential oil products are not recommended for babies under 6 months. Choose an essential-oil-free product instead.
Children 6 Months–2 Years: Choose the spray option. Lightly mist pajamas, bedding, or another fabric item rather than applying directly to the child's skin. Avoid saturating the fabric and allow the mist to settle before use.
Ages 2+: Apply the roller to external areas such as the chest or wrists and enjoy the aroma. Adults and older children may also apply to the wrists or palms, keep hands away from the eyes and face, and gently enjoy the aroma.
Personal Inhaler: Intended for those who can properly follow instructions for using a personal aromatherapy inhaler, typically around ages 5–6+, depending on the child. Hold the inhaler close to the nose without inserting it into the nostril and gently inhale the aroma. Replace the cap tightly after each use.
 
PRECAUTIONS: No known warnings with the essential oil blends - however everyone is different.
 
For external and aromatic use only. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, and the inside or immediate edges of the nostrils. Patch test the roller before first use and discontinue use if irritation or sensitivity occurs. Children should use aromatherapy products with adult supervision.
