This blend is designed to support respiratory health, relieve coughs, and soothe sore throats. It helps promote productive coughing to clear congestion and loosen mucus. Crafted with a blend of:
 
Wildcrafted Mullein Leaf – supports lung health
Organic Marshmallow Leaf – soothes throat irritation
Organic Dandelion Leaf – helps with detoxification and mucus clearing
Organic Lemon Balm & Rose Herbs – gentle calming support
Available in  a vodka tincture base 
 
💧 How to Use:
Ages 2-5: 5 drops, 1-3 times daily
Ages 8-12: 10 drops, 1-3 times daily
Ages 12+: 20 drops, 1-3 times daily
Note: For tincture versions, always dilute in water or juice.
 
Tinctures have a long shelf life (years) if stored in a cool, dark place.

Dandelion: Avoid if you have a sensitivity to daisy plants.
Do not take the tincture version within 1 hour of iron supplements due to the rose content.
