For nursing moms, Spearmint (Mentha spicata) will be used instead to ensure safe relief.

Shelf Life:
11 months. To keep your product fresh, store it in a cool, dark place away from heat sources. If you're using the inhaler version, keep the cap tightly sealed and stored properly to maintain its scent for up to 2-3 months.

Precautions:
No known allergy warnings with the essential oils used in this blend. However, if you are nursing, please contact me for a Spearmint version.
 
How to Use:
Roller: Roll onto the palms of your hands, cup them over your nose (avoiding your eyes), and inhale deeply and slowly for 5-6 breaths. You can also roll onto your forehead, temples, and the back of your neck. For more effective relief, apply 2-3 times, with 5-10 minute intervals.
Inhaler: Place the inhaler close (NOT inside) to your nose, plug the other nostril, and inhale deeply and slowly for a count of 5. Repeat on the other side. Use twice for the best results. Close the cap tightly and store it in a cool, dark place. Inhalers can last 1-3 months with proper use and storage.
