This Magnesium Lotion has organic shea butter, organic beeswax,  avocado oil and mangesium oil with an optional pain relief add in. The pain essential oil includes frankincense, cypress, finger and basil. Depending how deficient you are in magnesium the first few times may "tingle"... This will reduce in time. This is purposely made into a lotion so the lotion can act as a barrier against the tingle sensation. The unscented version is amazing to use for daily cellular replenish.

SHELF LIFE: 6 months. Even though there is not a "expiration on magnesium oil" you want to make sure its store in a cool/dark place! Most lotions can be stored up to a year if stored correctly.

PRECAUTIONS ON BLEND: If you are getting no add in then it is safe 6+ months and up. Once you add the pain relief option do not use on kids younger than 2 years old.

HOW TO USE
SLEEP: Before bedtime add a pea sized amount and rub into belly/legs (10-15 minutes before bed)
MUSCULAR ACHES/PAINS: Rub into area in question
HEADACHES/MIGRAINES: Apply back of neck, temple and forehead
TO REPLENISH CELLULAR MAGNESIUM LEVEL: rub into belly/legs in the evening.
