The pain relief version includes essential oils of frankincense, cypress, ginger, and basil, specifically designed to alleviate headaches, migraines, PMS cramps, muscle aches, spasms, fibromyalgia pain, and more. For those who prefer a simpler approach, the unscented version focuses solely on cellular repair. The sleep blend has cedarwood atlas & green mandarin essential oils.
**SHELF LIFE: 6 months. Although magnesium oil doesn’t have an official expiration date, it’s best to store it in a cool, dark place. Properly stored, most lotions can last up to a year.
**PRECAUTIONS: If you choose the unscented version, it’s safe to use for 6+ months. For the pain relief option, avoid use on children under 2 years old.
HOW TO USE:
Sleep: Apply a pea-sized amount to your belly or legs about 10-15 minutes before bed.
