Mojito Energy Inhaler
Peppermint (Mentha x piperita) & Lime (Citrus x aurantifolia).
Note: For nursing, Spearmint (Mentha spicata) will replace Peppermint.
 
Power Up Stress/Energy Inhaler
Lime (Citrus x aurantifolia), Black Pepper (Piper nigrum), & Petitgrain (Citrus x aurantium).
 
Shelf Life:
The inhaler will last for at least 2 months when stored properly. Ensure the cap is tightly closed and keep it in a cool, dark place to maintain its potency. Over time, the scent may fade.
 
 
Precautions:
No known allergy warnings with the essential oils used.
For the Mojito Energy Inhaler, Spearmint must be used for nursing moms instead of Peppermint (Peppermint is safe during pregnancy).
No Peppermint for kids under 5.
The Power Up inhaler is safe for both pregnant and nursing moms.
 
How to Use:
Inhaler: Hold the inhaler close (NOT inside) to your nose. Close one nostril, inhale deeply and slowly for a count of 5, then switch nostrils and repeat. You can repeat this 2 times for full effect.
After use, tightly close the cap and store in a cool, dark place. With proper storage, inhalers can last from 1 to 3 months.
