Available in a roller with fractionated coconut oil or a spray with unscented witch hazel.
 
Shelf Life: Both Cedarwood and Vetiver essential oils have a shelf life of 6 to 8 years. To maintain this longevity, store your products in a cool, dark place away from heat sources that could degrade the oil. The inhaler should last at least two months if stored properly (with the cap tightly closed and kept in a cool, dark place), though it may lose its scent over time.

How to Use
Roller: Apply to chest, under the nose, and behind the ears. For adults and older kids, roll on the palms of hands, cup over your nose (avoiding eyes), and inhale deeply and slowly 5-6 times. For children, apply to wrists and follow the same method, guiding them to inhale deeply and slowly 5-6 times. Proper inhalation is key for full benefits.
Spray: Designed for use on fabrics, not directly on skin. For toddlers under 2 years old (and over 6 months), use as a spot treatment only. Shake well and lightly spray on pajamas, pillows, favorite toys (diffuser dolls work great!), or bedding. Avoid over-saturating the area.
Inhaler: Ideal for those who can follow inhaler instructions (usually around age 5-6, depending on the child). Hold the inhaler close to, but not inside, the nose, close one nostril, and inhale deeply and slowly for a count of 5. Switch nostrils and repeat twice. Close the cap tightly and store in a cool, dark place. With proper use, the inhaler can last from one to three months.
