HOW TO USE/SHELF LIFE: Use 10-20 drops in water up to 3 times per day. Use when you start to feel overwhelmed and stressed. Tinctures will keep many years if you keep it in a cool/dark place. MAKE SURE YOU PLACE THE DOSE IN WATER/JUICE/TEA. Formulated for those 13 & up. Please be aware of ingredients. A dose in water is around the same amount of whats in vanilla extract. You can place in hot tea to evaporate around 15% of the vodka.
WARNINGS/INTERACTIONS: Do not use when pregnant! because of roses - if you are taking with iron make sure you use an hour apart. Ashwagandha can modify blood glucose levels - do not use if diabetic. If you are on anxiety medication, sometimes Ashwagndha is not the best to take along with it. I would recommend the ZEN as an alternative.
