The Sage Me Down does have a quiet of a strong scent profile but many enjoy its ability to bring you back down to Earth. Sage me down will help those also with great emotional upset [Depression, Grief, Anxiety, Stress, etc.]. It includes catnip , roman chamomile and clary sage in fractionated coconut oil.
PRECAUTIONS ON BLEND: This blend is not safe for those pregnant or with ragweed allergies. Do not use on children under 2 (roller). The inhaler can be used when the child can use it properly (usually around 5-6 years old).
HOW TO USE.
Roller: Apply to chest/dot under the nose and behind ears. Adults & older kids can roll to the palm of hands and cup over your nose [avoiding your eyes] and inhale deeply and slowly 5-6 times and focus on your breathing!
Inhaler: Place the inhaler close (NOT INSIDE) to your nose, plug your other nostril and inhale deeply and slowly counting to 5, switch to other side. Repeat 2x. close cap TIGHTLY and store in a cool/dark place. Correct storage/use of the inhalers can last an upwards of a month to three months.
