This refreshing blend combines Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), Sweet Marjoram (Origanum majorana), Fir Needle (Abies sibirica), and Peppermint (Mentha × piperita) for a crisp, herbal aroma with soft floral and forest notes. Keep Tension Tamer nearby at your desk, in your purse, while traveling, or anywhere you like to take a few minutes for an intentional aromatic reset.
 
For nursing mothers, Spearmint (Mentha spicata) can be substituted for Peppermint. Please select or request the appropriate option when ordering.

HOW TO USE
Roller: Apply a small amount to external areas such as the back of the neck or wrists.
Adults and older children may also apply to the palms, keep hands away from the eyes and face, and gently enjoy the aroma while taking a few slow breaths.
Because essential oils should be kept away from the eyes, use caution when applying products around the forehead or temple area.
Personal Inhaler: Hold the inhaler close to the nose without inserting it into the nostril and gently inhale the aroma. Replace the cap tightly after each use.
Use whenever you'd like to incorporate the aroma into your head + neck self-care routine.
 
SHELF LIFE + STORAGE
Roller: Approximately 11 months when properly stored.
Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
The aroma of a personal inhaler will naturally become lighter with use and over time. When stored properly with the cap tightly closed, the aroma may remain noticeable for approximately 1–3 months.
 
PRECAUTIONS
No known allergy warnings with the essential oils used in this blend. However, if you are nursing, please contact me for a Spearmint version.
