HOW TO USE
Apply 3–6 drops to the face and neck after cleansing, massaging upward and outward. Use on the neck and upper chest by gently massaging upward toward the collarbones to support tone and skin texture. For the upper arms, massage upward toward the armpits to encourage lymph flow and firmness. Apply to the abdomen using slow, clockwise circular motions to support lymphatic and circulatory movement. Massage thighs and legs upward toward the groin to help reduce heaviness and fluid retention. For best results, apply after showering on warm, damp skin to enhance absorption and circulation benefits.
Tips for Applying to Non-Warm Skin Massage Longer – Spend a little extra time massaging each area in upward and circular motions. This helps move the oils deeper into the tissue and encourages lymph and blood flow. Use Gentle Heat – Rub the oil between your palms first to warm it slightly before applying. This mimics the effect of warm skin. Layer Over Moisture – If skin is dry, lightly spritz with water or a hydrosol first. Damp skin helps oils absorb faster, even if it’s not warm.
