Tincture uses: Half of a dropper vile up to 3/day. Vodka base can be strong for some you can put the dropper vile in water/juice/any liquid to eliminate the taste.
Glycerite uses: Kids 2-5 (5 drops up to 3/day), Kids 5-10 (10 drops up to 3/day), Adults (20 drops up to 3/day).

Catnip Tincture: Catnip herbs harvested from my garden infused in vodka. May help support calming effects on the body and improve relaxation, reduce anxiety, restlessness and nervousness. Perfect to use before bed to help wind down and ease into a restful sleep. This is not pregnancy safe. Adults Only.

Lemon Balm Tincture: Lemon Balm herbs harvested from my garden infused in vodka. Considered a calming herb. It can help reduce stress and anxiety, promote sleep, improve appetite, and ease pain and discomfort from indigestion. Perfect to use before bed to help wind down and ease into a restful sleep. It's great to use for help with tummy upset and can help break a fever and loosen and clear mucus congestion. It can calm an upset stomach. It has even been known to reduce the pain from headaches.
