How to Use:
🧪 Tincture (Vodka Base) Adults: 20 drops, 1–3 times daily Children (4+ use glycerite if under 4): 5–10 drops, 1–3 times daily
→ Best when diluted in a small amount of water, juice, or a favorite beverage.
→ Store in a cool, dark place. Shelf life: 3+ years
 
🍯 Glycerite (Alcohol-Free) Adults: 20–30 drops under the tongue Children: 5–10 drops, 1–3 times daily
→ Shelf life: 12 months
→ Tastes sweet and is ideal for children or those avoiding alcohol.
